We have encountered an issue where you cannot see a student's course plans or progress. The error message "Unable to retrieve programs" will appear under the progress section. We are aware of the issue and are working with Colleague to resolve it. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.

Due to the current 8x8 SMS issue, resolution is being handled on an individual basis. If you are experiencing any problems, kindly submit a KACE ticket. If you are unsure whether you are affected, please verify the functionality of your 8x8 SMS by sending a message to your personal device.

Adobe is currently having issues. You may not be able to login or access Adobe products at this time. We'll update everyone when we have more information from the vendor.

Canvas LMS
Due to an issue with Canvas, some cards on mymohave.mohave.edu will not show data. Canvas is aware of the issue.

Microsoft - Email
Users may be unable to access shared mailboxes from Outlook on the web.

Users can access their shared mailboxes from the Outlook desktop client and Outlook mobile to avoid this issue. Additionally, if users are actively reproducing the issue on Outlook on the web, as a potential workaround we recommend users sign out of the session to ensure the existing cookies are cleared.

Colleague - Ethos API
UPDATE: Ellucian plans to roll out an emergency fix this evening, which may cause service disruptions. The planned start time is 10PM MST.

ORIGINAL ISSUE: Ellucian has found the issue causing recent disruptions but had to disable certain functionalities in order to resolve it.

This currently affects any sites that rely on reading staff information and/or notes stored in Colleague. The main systems affected will be the sync between NeoGov and Colleague and certain pages on the (Tools) employee website.

Ellucian is still working on a fix for the disabled features.

The Ellucian Recruit/Advise services are currently having outages, this would mainly affect access to the admissions application and the backend employee site.

Currently, completed forms are not dropping into Content. There is a network issue between Softdocs server and our internal system. Softdocs has been contacted and they are working to fix the issue on there end.

There will be planned maintenance on our network this Saturday, 12/16, between noon and 6 PM. This may cause the connections to services to drop periodically during this time. If this happens please try again or wait until the maintenance is over. We apologize for any inconvenience.

It appears SoftDocs Content (pulling up filled out forms) is currently down. SoftDocs is aware and working on getting it back up.

Over the next few weeks, Softdocs will be finishing our data migration from OnBase to Content. They will be doing a majority of the migration after working hours, but you may notice some slowness during the early morning and late evening. Slowness is expected, but if you cannot access Content or have issues with documents disappearing, please submit a help desk ticket.

Colleague has planned maintenance tonight starting at 9:00 PM and will last until 6:00AM tomorrow morning. The production environment will not be available during this time.

A new alert has been posted by Microsoft. Some users may experience issues when accessing Exchange Online (email) through Outlook on the web. Refreshing the page may help, but we'll update everyone once it's resolved.
